Missing woman’s family has “no doubt” she met with foul play
MASSENA, New York (WWNY) - The family of the woman who went missing in Massena believes she met with foul play.
7 News spoke with Kinsley Robert’s aunt Thursday afternoon.
Kendra Humiston says she called the police Saturday morning after seeing suspicious posts on her niece’s Facebook page.
Massena police first called for the public’s help finding Robert on Sunday. They say she was last seen Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. walking on Bridges Avenue where she lives.
Humiston says she has “no doubt” that her niece met with foul play. She says her niece left behind her cell phone and her support dog, which she never would have willingly done.
Humiston also says her niece has severe anxiety and a history of substance abuse.
7 News asked Massena police if their investigation into Robert’s disappearance turned up indications of foul play. They declined to comment.
They did say there’s no indication she would harm herself.
Humiston is asking the public to pray for her niece and her family.
Robert is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white zebra print dress.
